Note: The next volume in the series (‘A Storm of Swords’) is now starting to become difficult to find and prices have started to rise significantly. As far as I can tell the printing state doesn’t make a great deal of difference to the expected price – but a copy still shrink-wrapped does command a premium. When you can track down a copy expect to pay in excess of £400 for a decent copy. This is currently out of print (with no indication from the publisher of any plans to reprint) and is now *extremely* difficult to find online. In typical Voyager fashion the printing number is provided on the copyright page (with a single ‘1’ indicating the 1st print). To my knowledge 3 printings have so far been made of the slipcased edition. Originally retailing at £40 these were initially provided in publishers shrink wrap. Gilt titling to spine with the Baratheon House motif echoed on the matching slipcase and comes with integrated cloth bookmark. The slipcased edition has blue boards (no dust-jacket – as issued), quarter bound in a design with 5 of the House sigils. The slipcased edition was published in September of 2011 with an ISBN of 978-0007456345. This (and the other four volumes currently released) were re-issued in the UK by Voyager as a matching set of hardcovers to commemorate 15 years since the original publication. Two versions of the hardcover were issued: a standard trade hardcover (which has the dust-jacket updated to match the style of recent volumes in the series) as well as a slipcased hardcover edition. Load the save file in-game, confirm the fix works by approaching lords who are faction enemies of the Westerlands - they should no longer chase you.
